The EXIDE Battery Factory Outlet Store in Salina, Kansas, Chris Herbst (Store Manager), has increases the level of sponsorship for 2010 to include the (six) TEAM SERIES TOURNAMENTS, the 6 - MAN TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT and the STATE QUALIFIER TOURNAMENT. A question came up at the Annual Spring Business meeting in Hays in reference to the warranty on the Exide Batteries purchased with the Kansas BASS Federation Nation discount. I contacted Chris at the Exide Battery Factory Outlet Store in reference this question and was given the following answers: 1) The batteries must be purchased at the Exide Battery Factory Outlet Store in Salina, Kansas, to qualify for the Federation discount. The discount is not available from regular Exide Retailers. 2) Warranty on the batteries, purchased at the Exide Battery Factory Outlet Store, will be honored at any Exide Retailer as long as the purchaser has the original purchase receipt. Chris also advised that several K.B.F.N. members have taken advantage of this discount program this year and expressed his appreciation for our business.
